All Tax Types
A service enabling taxpayers to submit grievances to the Tax Grievance Committee against decisions issued by the General Tax Authority (GTA).
The taxpayer shall submit the grievance within thirty (30) days of receiving official notification of the decision issued by the General Tax Authority (GTA) regarding the objection to the tax assessment decision, or upon the expiration of the designated period for issuing a decision on the objection without a response, or as of the date of notification of any other relevant decisions.

- Appeals Letter
- Copy of the decision issued by the GTA
- Copy of the Commercial Register and Establishment ID
- The reasons for the Appeal and the supporting documents
Log in to the Dhareeba tax portal
Click the “Requests” tile from the homepage
Select "Appeal”
Carefully read the Instructions on the help page
Choose the reason for the Appeal, then fill out all mandatory fields and attach all supporting documents
Additional information (provide additional notes and attach any supporting documents), then click the “Continue” button
Acknowledgment and Declaration of the validity of the information
